Why do we invest up front?
We grow when your digital workflow works. The easier it is for your team to scan, send and approve cases, the more of your restorative work stays digital, and the more of it you send us. So we help you get more out of the equipment you already own.
Why are spots limited?
Founding practices work directly with our senior designers while we grow the team. We keep each market small so onboarding, review and turnaround stay personal.
For dental assistants
Built for the person who actually runs the scanner.
You scan, send, chase missing information and answer the lab's questions. Corvion is your backup team. You know what's missing while the patient is still in the chair, and you can reach a real person when something doesn't look right.
- A clear Ready, Review or Action needed on every case
- A note that says exactly what to fix, in plain words
- Help from a dental CAD specialist when you ask for it
- Training for new team members and new scanners
Checked by a dental designer, not just software. Works with the scanner and lab you already have, with no lab-spend minimums.

Already mill in-house?
Keep your scanner. Keep your mill. Let us take the design queue.
If your team designs between patients, every design is time out of the chair. Send routine cases to Corvion and get the file back ready for your mill. Hard cases go to a senior designer, and to our partner lab when that's the better call.
Design file formats for your mill and CAM software are confirmed during onboarding, before your first case.

- Every founding-practice case is designed or personally reviewed by our senior team.
Questions
What practices ask first.
What's the catch with the free case?
There isn't one. We cover the design of one case up to 4 units. If you choose fabrication through our partner lab, that cost is quoted and agreed before anything is made. You're never billed for something you didn't approve.
Do I have to leave my current lab?
No. There are no minimums and no exclusivity. Many practices start with one case type, like implants or anteriors, and keep everything else where it is.
We mill in-office. Will your files work with our system?
We confirm the file format your mill and CAM software need during onboarding, before your first case, so there are no surprises.
Which scanners do you work with?
We accept open STL files and the common scanner portals. We confirm scanner compatibility during onboarding before you send any cases.
Is the case readiness check automated?
No. A dental designer reviews each case. We tell you what we found and what to do about it. We don't diagnose; the clinical call is always yours.
What does onboarding include?
A live session with your team, up to 2 hours, covering scanner workflow, file transfer, case submission and how to use case readiness notes. It usually happens before your first case.
Are the brochures really free?
Founding practices get a first print run of practice-branded patient brochures at no cost. Additional runs and other materials are available as part of working with us; we'll confirm the details with you.
Can my assistant sign us up?
When applications open, assistants will be able to submit an inquiry and request a short summary for their doctor. We confirm everything with the doctor before any case starts.
Who actually designs my case?
Our design team, with a second designer checking every case. Complex implant and aesthetic cases are designed or reviewed by our senior designers.
How is patient information handled?
Cases come through your scanner portal. We sign a business associate agreement with your practice before your first real case and only ask for what the design needs.
Is there a contract?
No. Send cases when you want to and stop whenever you like.
